The Personal Performance Profiler.

The Personal Performance Profiler brings a new dimension to employee performance reviews. It is an online employee survey/profiler, available here on this site, for use by employees at all levels of an organisation, and will unearth an employee's strengths and weaknesses in any company or public sector organisation.

Use The Personal Performance Profiler for:

  • Analysis - of an employee's self- assessment of their performance
  • Evidence - of an employee's untapped potential
  • Knowledge - needs based personal development and training

The information provided by the employee provides a manager with rich information on which to base an informed discussion at review time, and thereby ensures both employee and manager map out clearly the needs of both in the year ahead.
