The FutureFIT Profiler.

The FutureFIT Profiler is our innovation and reputation audit. It is a web based employee survey/profiler, available here on this site, for use by employees at all levels of an organisation.

The FutureFIT Profiler will unearth operational strengths and weaknesses in departments, divisions or entire organisations in both the commercial and public sectors. It offers:

  • Analysis - of an organisation's attitudes to, and achievement of, innovation
  • Evidence - of innovation at all levels of an organisation
  • Knowledge - of where in an organisation innovation needs to be embedded
  • Insight - of the internal reputation between management and staff

    Why is innovation and reputation important to an organisation? Because they are key 'value drivers'

    First, innovation. Any organisation needs to be continuously innovating across the extended enterprise in process, service and product arenas. Nothing else works.

    This requires an attitude shift from everyone in a company from the mere acceptance of change, to the constant pursuit of innovation.

These dimensions are all measured from the perspective of innovation as perceived by all levels of staff, and then we go deeper still by examination across 2 levels of future expectation - how things will be and how things should be.

It is this future perspective compared against how things actually are that offers up to management 'Hidden Intelligence' of predictive quality.

Second, reputation. Reputation is hard won and all too easily lost. It is a fragile asset. Reputation affects value in these days of the 'global village' where information both false and factual travels at the speed of digital data. It is as important to protect both the internal reputation, with employees and the external one with customers, suppliers and investors. Nothing can be left to chance.
