The FIT Profiler.

The FIT Profiler is our personal development instrument, available online via this site, for use by employees at all levels of an organisation.

You can use The FIT Profiler to unearth an employee's 'natural style' of thinking and behaving, as well as an employee's personal levels of stress. As a psychometric test, The FIT Profiler can uncover an individual's hidden qualities and unused potential and be used as a personal development guide.

The FIT Profiler is actually a diagnostic tool for assessing what we call (Inner) FITness, which is an interaction between a person's behavioural range, their thinking and decision making processes, (i.e. 5 FIT Constancies), and levels of stress.

These are the behavioural ranges measured by The FIT Profiler:

Unassertive Assertive
Trusting of others Cautious of others
Calm/relaxed Energetic/Driven
Reactive Proactive
Definite Flexible
Predictable Unpredictable
Risk Taker Cautious
Behave as expected Behave as you wish
Spontaneous Systematic
Single-minded Open-minded
Introverted Extroverted
Conventional Unconventional
Individually centred Group centred
Firm Gentle
Lively Not lively

These are the 5 FIT Constancies measured by The FIT Profiler:

  • Self Responsibility
  • Awareness
  • Fearlessness
  • Balance
  • Conscience

Knowing something about these interactions provides an individual with insight as to what needs to be done to exploit unused potential. The information uncovered is used to guide personal/team training, and coaching too if required, in how to increase (Inner) FITness.

The FIT Profiler is simple to complete. Following submission, confidential feedback will be given on a one-to-one basis by an Accredited FIT Consultant.
